GPL & HPL are teaming up for the holiday season!
Do you have an abundance of toys? Blocks, dolls, cars, board games, dollhouses, etc? We can help!
Much like the Craft Supplies Rescue, Holiday Decor Rescue, and Bag Rescue, the Toy Rescue allows you to “shop” donated toys that you can then take for FREE!
Toys can be dropped off at both the Groves Public Library and the Hebert Public Library, BUT the program itself will be held at the Hebert Public Library (featuring donations from both libraries).
If donating items, we request that they be in good condition.
*Criteria for good condition: Items must be clean - no odors or water damage. Holes, tears, broken pieces/ missing pieces, and stains should be minimal to none. If the toy has snaps, buttons, zippers, and other closures, they should work and stay closed. If there are accessories, please include them, if applicable.
